4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication credentials. Account Credentials Responsibility: Do not share your login details with any third party. hari2cuci support staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately.
4.4 Accurate Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hari2cuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, FPX, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are subject to change — the Platform will maintain an up-to-date list of active payment options in the cashier section.
5.2 Third-Party Payment Prohibition. You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not solely in your name, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX reflect within 1–5 minutes under normal network conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) require 15–30 minutes for sufficient blockchain confirmations. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or due to network disruptions outside hari2cuci's control.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed by hari2cuci within normal business operating windows. hari2cuci targets processing within the same business day for requests submitted during operating hours. hari2cuci does not engineer artificial delays in withdrawal processing.
5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit wherever operationally possible. hari2cuci reserves the right to require additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests exceding specific thresholds.
5.6 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. hari2cuci reserves the right to adjust these limits with notice to affected Players.
5.7 Currency. The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Malaysian Players. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. hari2cuci is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
hari2cuci does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose their own transaction charges. These third-party charges are beyond hari2cuci's control and are the Player's responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referal bonuses, and other promotions ("Bonuses") offered by hari2cuci are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at the time of offer. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.1 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window. Incomplete wagering at expiry results in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the Account.
6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While playing with an active bonus balance, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per spin. The standard maximum isMYR 30 per bet unless a higher limit is explicitly stated on the promotion. Placing bets exceeding the maximum limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings forfeited.
6.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hari2cuci Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to relevant authorities where legally required:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform withouthari2cuci's prior written consent.
hari2cuci's brand name, logo, and trade dress may not be used without express written authorisation. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

10.1 Self-Exclusion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hari2cuci, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, hari2cuci's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
Force Majeure: hari2cuci shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, power failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting hari2cuci support. Before account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method upon completion of required verification.
12.2 Termination by hari2cuci. hari2cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
12.3 Funds on Termination. Where an Account is terminated by hari2cuci due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately derived from genuine play will be returned; balances associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited permanently.
